Information We Collect

When you submit the estimate-request form on this site, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email address, service needed and your message. We use this only to respond to your request — we do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Analytics & Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, engagement, successful estimate-form submissions and clicks on contact links. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes device and usage information; it does not log or store individual IP addresses. Our custom form and contact events do not send your name, phone number, email address or project message to Google Analytics. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled. We also use Google Search Console to monitor aggregate search performance; Search Console does not install cookies on this site. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Third-Party Services

Our contact form is processed by a third-party form-relay service to deliver submissions to our email — it does not store your data beyond what's needed to deliver the message. Our Google Business Profile and social media pages (Facebook) are operated under their own respective privacy policies.

Data Retention

Estimate requests and related correspondence are kept only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our business records.

You can request that we delete information you've submitted by contacting us at royal@oxen-cc.com or calling (804) 510-4360.
